Meet Reece, the driving force behind our roof replacement mission. He’s been roofing since 2008, working with long-run steel and concrete tile roofing. A certified Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) and qualified professional, Reece’s dedication to his craft is matched only by his commitment to excellence. He learned the ropes in both Auckland and Australia, bringing back a ton of experience to start the company.
Reece isn’t just a roofer – he’s also a mentor. He helps train our apprentices and makes sure every job runs smoothly. When he’s not up on a roof, Reece enjoys fishing and cooking. You’ll find him casting lines into the water or cooking up tasty meals when he’s off-duty. As a consummate project manager and coordinator, Reece orchestrates each job with meticulous detail, ensuring a seamless and successful execution. With Reece at the helm, our roofing projects stand as a testament to his unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and craftsmanship. His journey from Auckland to Australia and back again has not only enriched his skills but has left an indelible mark on the roofs that shelter families across Auckland, embodying his dedication to transforming houses into homes.
Britany
Administration and Support
Meet Britany, the behind-the-scenes wizard at our roofing company. She’s the one who keeps everything running smoothly. With a strong background in administration, Britany’s been an essential part of our team for 4 years. Britany’s not just a paperwork pro – she’s got a personal connection to roofing, growing up in a roofing family, she’s got a natural understanding of the business.
She uses that knowledge to manage health and safety protocols and all the important documentation that keeps our projects on track. But that’s not all – Britany is also our friendly voice on the other end of the line. When you call, she’s the one who answers and provides top-notch customer service. Her warm and helpful demeanour ensures that your questions get answered and your concerns are addressed.
With Britany on our team, we can focus on what we do best – roofing – knowing that the foundation of our operations is in capable hands.
James
Apprentice Roofer
Meet James, our dedicated 2nd year apprentice who’s all about roofing. With a passion for the craft, James is on a journey to master the art of roofing under the guidance of our experienced team. James’s enthusiasm for roofing led him from New Plymouth to Auckland, where he’s eager to learn and grow. Mentored by our director, Reece, James is gaining hands-on experience that’s shaping him into a skilled roofer.
His dedication and eagerness to learn are a testament to his commitment to the trade. When he’s not up on a roof, James enjoys exploring the city and finding new places to eat. He’s a great addition to our team, bringing fresh energy and a determination to excel in the world of roofing. With James on board, we’re confident in the future of roofing, knowing that the next generation of skilled professionals is in capable hands.
Ethan

Your friendly neighborhood roofer! Qualification? Check. Got a team of 5 awesome lads? You betcha. Ethan is all about that Long-run Roofing and guttering– turning roofs into cozy weather shields. Roofing’s been his jam for 7 years now, and let me tell you, it’s not just a job – it’s a passion. When he’s not busy getting down the meters he’s all about family. A proud family man who knows the value of a good laugh and some quality time.
But wait, there’s more to me than just roofing! You’ll often find me ditching my hard hat for a fishing rod. A roofer who’s all about quality work, family vibes, and reeling in the good times, look no further.
Josh
Team Captain / Pirate
Josh is the master of Restorations painting and repairs, to Long-run roofing and even a touch of Concrete wizardry, he’s got you covered, quite literally. With a solid 10 years of painting prowess, he’s been with us for 5 awesome years.
